Thank you so much Rincon Rotary, I was amazed at how easy it was to apply for your teacher grant. By just filling out the simple form with my information and the supplies I needed, I was able to get them into my classroom quickly! I can't believe the whole process was only 2 weeks.

My students are already utilizing the materials. We use our white boards every day for modeling, active participation, and math problem solving. The other tool that stays out daily are the math number lines! Students are able to use them as a tool for addition and subtraction problems. Everything is neatly organized at their tables with the large bins you provided.

Thank you for supporting teachers and students! Without you, I couldn't provide these eager first graders with all of the learning tools they need and deserve.
